Hana provides strategic leadership across programs and operations. She is a senior development professional with over 20 years of experience designing and managing programs in gender equality, human rights, decentralization, and transparency and accountability governance. Since joining the Foundation in 1998, she has served in various leadership roles, including as director of the Gender and Women’s Participation and Environmental Governance programs.
MSc in International Politics of Asia from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, and a first degree in International Relations from Padjadjaran University, Indonesia
