Farva Rashid Minhas brings nearly two decades of experience in development programming, with expertise spanning governance, rule of law, social cohesion, institutional strengthening, inclusive economic opportunities, and impact investment. She began her career with the International Federation of Red Cross, working in hard-to-reach, disaster-prone, and conflict-affected communities before joining The Asia Foundation, where she has led governance, rule-of-law, and justice sector programming, as well as initiatives supporting youth entrepreneurship, technology, and innovation. Her current work focuses on connecting innovation with investment through ESG and impact investing, and scaling inclusive, sustainable solutions. 

Farva studied environment, social and governance, and impact investing at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management. She also holds a master's degree in gender studies, with a focus on social institutions and globalization, from Fatima Jinnah University, Pakistan.
