Individual Giving

Your support makes lasting progress possible.

For more than 70 years, The Asia Foundation has worked alongside local leaders and communities to tackle some of the region’s most complex challenges. Our long-standing presence across Asia and the Pacific gives us something rare: deep local relationships and insight, combined with the ability to connect ideas and solutions across countries.

Individual donors make this work possible.

Your support gives us the flexibility to act on what we learn—backing promising local ideas, responding as challenges and opportunities emerge, and helping solutions that work reach further.

From expanding economic opportunity and strengthening education to advancing justice, developing emerging leaders, and helping communities adapt to change, your gift supports locally driven solutions with the potential for lasting impact.

The Asia Foundation is a U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 94-1191246). Contributions may be tax-deductible as permitted by law. No goods or services are provided in exchange for charitable contributions. TAF retains five percent of donated funds for administration and fundraising costs. Please consult your tax advisor regarding your individual circumstances.

Every Gift Helps Create Lasting Progress

Gifts of appreciated securities and wire transfers are tax-efficient ways to support The Asia Foundation.
