Xylia Ingham joined TAF in January 2023 as the team leader of the Nabilan program. Before this, Xylia was the country director for Health Alliance international and Hamutuk Nasaun Saudavel (HAMNASA) in Timor-Leste from 2018 to 2022. Xylia also worked for the various United Nations missions in Timor-Leste between 2001 and 2009. In Australia, Xylia managed a community women’s health centre from 2010 to 2018.
