Ajeng is a legal and international development professional with more than 12 years of experience designing and managing justice sector reform programs, with expertise in criminal justice, access to justice, gender equality, and legal empowerment. She currently serves as Program Manager for the Law and Justice Unit at The Asia Foundation, where she leads the implementation of criminal justice reform strategy under the Australia–Indonesia Partnership for Justice (AIPJ3) project. Her work has focused on strengthening access to justice for vulnerable communities, promoting gender-responsive justice systems, and fostering multi-stakeholder collaboration to improve governance and accountability.
Ajeng holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Human Rights from Tilburg University, the Netherlands, and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Indonesia.
