Solid Waste Management in Kep Province

To develop an accurate understanding of the current situation, and to establish a solid baseline for future actions to address needed areas in Kep's municipal waste management operations, NCSD and the Foundation developed a research approach, involving development of a desk study report combined with a field visit to Kep to collect and analyze available information. The product of this research is a structured scoping report and a policy brief made to inform the development of targeted pilot activities that address specific challenges present within the existing system, and a series of policy recommendations designed to move the sector toward improvements in the medium and long-term.
