Laos – Women's Empowerment and Gender Equality

Overview of Laos office Women’s Empowerment Program activities including building on achievements of the Government of Laos and partners to fill important gaps for prosecution, protection, and prevention of trafficking in persons, addressing the underrepresentation of women in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics through scholarships, and empowering more women to assume leadership roles within justice system institutions by increasing the number of graduates completing their professional legal qualifications through scholarships for legal training and internships.
