Future Skills Alliance

Economic recovery in Asia post-Covid-19 will require businesses, governments, and nonprofits to collaborate to future-proof and re-skill people for new opportunities in the digital economy.

Together with rapid digitalization and changes in the job market, Covid-19 created "double disruption" for workers across the region, with women, youth, and other marginalized groups disproportionally impacted. The Asia Foundation has activated the Future Skills Alliance (FSA), a broad coalition of partners from both the public and private sectors working together to deliver future skills at scale to the region’s most marginalized. The FSA creates a pathway for businesses to contribute to environmental, social, and governance efforts across Asia and the Pacific.
