Nabilan Program

The Nabilan program seeks to end violence against women and children in Timor-Leste.

The program is a partnership between the Australian and Timor-Leste governments, implemented by The Asia Foundation in Timor-Leste. The program has two core pillars, services and prevention, through which Nabilan activities seek to foster positive social norms, attitudes, and behaviors to prevent violence.
