The Asia Foundation is committed to work inclusively with workers, owners, labor unions, and government to increase awareness and implementation of the Bangladesh Labor Act, enhance conditions for workers through advocacy and collective bargaining, and ensure access to legal assistance, including alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
