Psychological Wellbeing During the Covid Crisis – A guide for healthcare workers (Tamil & English)

This booklet was compiled by The Asia Foundation in collaboration with the Sri Lanka College of Psychiatrists to support doctors, nurses, attendants, paramedics, and other frontline healthcare workers who were experiencing burnout and stress in the midst of the pandemic.

The booklet provides a clear guide for various techniques in managing stress, and other mental health difficulties as well as discusses other issues faced by frontline workers such as stigma and isolation. Written, translated, and illustrated by medical staff this book will offer frontline staff avenues to better manage their psychological well-being.
