Kamal has been associated with The Asia Foundation, India since April 2024 and brings over 19 years of diverse experience in Human Resources and Operations. Over the course of his career, he has worked with leading US MNCs such as Wipro and Alight Solutions, diplomatic missions including the British High Commission, India, and international NGOs such as Save the Children.
His professional experience spans corporate, development, and diplomatic sectors, with exposure to strategic HR management, operations, employee engagement, and cross-functional collaboration across multicultural environments.
Kamal holds a Masters degree in Operations Management from Sikkim Manipal University (SMU), India, and is also a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) certified professional by HRCI, USA (2018–2022). He completed his bachelor’s degree from the University of Delhi.
