Krystelle started with The Asia Foundation in 2022 and currently leads the Let’s Read Pacific program while supporting program delivery in the region. Her professional framework integrates a background in marine science, research, and education with experience in the private sector and media. This combination informs a cost-benefit methodology applied to regional program delivery. Krystelle’s work is grounded using an intentional GEDSI lens and political economy analysis, focusing on long-term sustainability through community-oriented outcomes and Pacific-centered storytelling.
