Mahani leads the Grant and Contract team for The Asia Foundation in Indonesia, providing strategic oversight of grants, contracts, and relationships with implementing partners. She has more than 20 years of experience in operations and financial management, donor contract management, and systems strengthening for international NGOs, overseeing complex multi-donor portfolios funded by bilateral, multilateral, and private donors. Before joining The Asia Foundation, she served as Operations Director for Conservation International Indonesia and for Oxfam in Indonesia and held a range of senior finance and operations roles in humanitarian and development organizations.
Master’s degree in management from Universitas Nasional, Jakarta, and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta.
