Nasib Zada is a senior operations and human resources professional with more than 20 years of progressive experience in international non-governmental organizations, development sector institutions, and USAID-funded projects in Pakistan. He currently serves as Director Operations at The Asia Foundation’s Pakistan office, leading operations, people and culture, administration, procurement, compliance, fleet management, facilities management, and organizational support functions. Since joining the Foundation in 2013, he has strengthened operational systems, HR processes, policy compliance, and administrative efficiency, and previously held operations, administration, and HR roles with Save the Children International, USAID-ED-LINKS/American Institutes for Research, USAID-CNFA-ILED, and Islamic Relief Worldwide.
Nasib holds an MBA in human resource management and a master's degree in sociology/behavioral sciences from the University of Peshawar. He has also completed the PHRi – Professional in Human Resources International certification through the National University of Sciences and Technology and a professional certification in problem solving and decision making from the Lahore University of Management Sciences.
