Wisnu Wardhana leads people and culture for The Asia Foundation in Indonesia, guiding HR strategy, recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, and staff well-being across the office. With over 15 years of experience in international development and non-profit organizations, he has held senior HR roles with Oxfam in Indonesia, PT Bina Putera Raya, and Yayasan Kartidaya, and previously worked in finance, project, and program management with several Indonesian NGOs.
Master of Management (Strategic Management & Human Resources Management) from IPB University; Certified Business Management – Human Resources Management from Prasetiya Mulya Business School; and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Satya Wacana Christian University, Salatiga, Indonesia.
