Transforming Policy Through Locally Led Reform
To help reforms take hold in the Philippines, we work with local leaders to build coalitions that advance practical solutions to key public policy challenges.
For more than a decade, Coalitions for Change has helped shape some of the Philippines’ most significant policy reforms by supporting local leaders to identify opportunities, build coalitions, and navigate complex political environments.
Working across education, governance, economic development, environmental resilience, and rights and access for women and those with disabilities, the program strengthens the institutions and relationships that enable reform to succeed.
