India

A row of smiling women in colorful saris, linked arm-in-arm and laughing outdoors before red-brick buildings.

India is navigating rapid digital transformation, and lasting progress depends on stronger cybersecurity, more resilient small businesses, and broader participation in the digital economy.

We work with government, civil society, academia, and the private sector to strengthen digital safety, economic opportunity, policy dialogue, and regional cooperation. In India, we draw on trusted local networks, training in local languages, and applied research to help small enterprises, youth, and public leaders build resilience while opening new pathways to broad-based growth and regional engagement.

We also have a local subsidiary in India, APCA, that draws on our long-standing work in the country. APCA combines deep knowledge of India’s policy and development landscape with expertise in research and strategy, program design and implementation, convening, and training to help our partners achieve their policy objectives.
